J.C. Edward Company began in 1992 as Eksam' Inc. providing IT Services in the Milwaukee Metropolitan area. Some of the early clients included telecommunication providers, manufacturers, and support of everything from mainframe to client/server technologies. As business dynamics and technology changed, the Company changed it's focus to Retail, IT and Customer Services following Project Management and ITIL principles. This was followed by a name change to J.C. Edward Company. Currently, our focus is on Customer Service and IT Service Management and Operations managing Managed Service Providers (MSP's) and 3rd party provider Relationship Management.
